1. Has a coffee machine
2. There are really no advantages.
This is a place that works people to the bone.
1. You need to manage upward well. If you don’t know how to manage upward, your supervisor won’t help you. Many employees who don’t perform well do so because of poor upward management, yet their performance ratings are still scored very highly. This is not a suitable place for normal people to work.
2. There are too many long-term employees who get all the performance credit. Younger employees can only work according to the moods of these old-timers. For the sake of your own well-being, whatever you do, don’t come here.
3. Even if you have thought things through yourself but still don’t know how to proceed, when you ask your supervisor a question, they will ask you in return, “Then how do you think it should be done?” The culture here is that supervisors will not help you; when there is a problem, you have to shoulder it yourself. I have never seen company supervisors so lacking in accountability.
4. Every supervisor has a different opinion about the same matter, and the people underneath are the ones who work themselves to death.
5. This place holds a whole bunch of useless meetings that waste time and life, and then forces the people underneath to attend.
A sincere recommendation: Whatever you do, don’t come here. If you calculate it carefully, the supposedly high year-end bonus is actually earned by squeezing your salary and life out of you. The news only shows a carefully manufactured image of good pay, while every day they chant the toxic positivity of “positive energy.”
