Pros

Some thoughts on the interview process

1. The company handles every candidate carefully: first a phone interview, followed by an interview with the supervisor, and finally an interview with the CEO.

2. All of the company's products are available to employees at a discounted price.

3. Working hours can be flexibly adjusted by 30 minutes.

4. The one-hour lunch break can be scheduled freely, as long as it is taken between 12:00 and 14:00.

5. Guaranteed salary for 14 months.

6. The company is expanding its business footprint and growing.

Overall, starting with the phone interview, I felt that I kept having to answer more or less the same questions, which was quite annoying. However, if a company were very casual about its hiring, it would not repeatedly confirm questions that needed to be answered again. In other words, those questions are important criteria for this company. Taking the time to choose you shows that the company is seriously looking for suitable talent~

Leaving aside how many grand promises all companies make when recruiting employees, at least in terms of operations, this company is on a path of growth and expansion. I have also worked at a Taiwanese company belonging to a large corporate group, where the system was outdated, senior employees relied on their tenure, and there were many unspoken rules.... Compared with Tengshi, a startup where young people make up the vast majority of the workforce, if you have lots of good ideas and can deliver results but have nowhere to showcase them, I think this company would be a place where you can fully demonstrate your abilities!

I'm really looking forward to receiving an offer. I've truly had enough of workplace cliques and small and medium-sized companies where old-timers do nothing but talk.....

Please, it's 2026 already. If you put too much faith in reviews from several years ago, you really will miss what I think is a great company. I went for an interview and did not experience any of those negative reviews at all. They have now expanded to the point of preparing to go public on the emerging stock market. Go there in person and experience it for yourself, just as I did!

Cons

1. The area for miles around is very desolate, with only one convenience store.

2. You need to be more patient than the interviewer.

3. The department manager (Sales) has extensive experience, so you need to be able to deliver results.

4. The company has introduced the OGSM operating model. Personally, I am a little concerned about it (I am relatively weak at administrative and document-related work.
