LOL, you work yourself to death, but the salary is only 25,600, plus a bunch of contract bonuses that sound great on paper. The meal allowance only brings it to 34,000.
For each customer, you only get a 70-dollar headcount fee. No matter how much the customer spends, you obediently receive just 70 dollars. Yet the company still demands that employees sell more courses.
You work customers to death every day. The scheduled break is supposed to be one hour, but the appointments are always completely booked, so you never actually get a full hour’s break.
When you raise this with your supervisor, they only say, “That’s just how the service industry is.”
Oh, and the 2,000 attendance bonus is also included in the 34,000. If you’re one minute late, you end up as an idiot earning only 32,000 for the month—and you still don’t have time to eat.
One person has to do multiple jobs: handle consultations, manage all front-desk administration, deal with the overwhelming workload, run to the front desk to answer calls, and do the cleaning as well.
The checkout work before leaving every day is so busy that you end up working overtime almost every day.
