LOL, you work yourself to death, but the salary is only 25,600, plus a bunch of contract bonuses that sound great on paper. With the meal allowance, it only comes to 34,000.
You get only 70 per customer as a headcount fee. No matter how much the customer spends, you obediently receive just 70. Yet the company still expects employees to sell more courses.
Every day you work yourself to death serving customers. The scheduled break is supposed to be one hour, but the appointments are always completely booked, so you never actually get a full hour’s break.
When you raise this with your supervisor, they only say, “That’s just how the service industry is.”
Oh, and the 2,000 perfect-attendance bonus is also included in the 34,000. If you’re one minute late, you become an idiot who gets paid only 32,000 for the month—and you still don’t have time to eat.
One person has to handle multiple roles: consultations, all front-desk administrative work, answering phones at the front desk while extremely busy, and cleaning.
The end-of-day checkout is so busy that you work overtime almost every day.
Seriously, run away as fast as you can.
