The general manager and marketing director are both from China, and their ways of doing things are very strange. They never provide clear direction. One person is expected to be responsible for everything from the product to marketing to execution of a project. There is obvious workplace bullying within the company: the general manager and director directly berate subordinates in the office. There are endless meetings every day, but the meetings never reach any conclusions, and the information discussed in meetings is never communicated to colleagues in a timely manner. The new product was taken over by a manager in 2024, but discussions remained limited to the manager alone.
