The area around the company is spacious and open. There is a park across the street, as well as a supermarket where you can buy meals.
The company has a distinctive system and a distinctive interior design: there are no partitions, and more than ten people work in the same space. When you receive a call, you can simply speak loudly and state the caller’s name; there is no need to transfer the call. The office is well stocked with food, and because of the enthusiastic atmosphere—somewhat like a direct-sales organization—people often celebrate with cake and so on. However, work assignments are always unclear, and employees work more than an hour of overtime every day. Verbal bullying does not stop regardless of whether you work overtime, so you do not necessarily need to work overtime frequently; work at your own pace.
