Pros
After the senior manager was transferred, the organizational atmosphere improved noticeably. Operations are much smoother than in the previous few years, possibly because there is less internal politics XD. When pushing things forward, you no longer have to worry about the budget from every angle~ Definitely recommend it. Also, the pay is pretty good!
Cons
There is never enough money!!!
