Pros
After the senior manager was transferred, the organizational atmosphere improved noticeably. Operations are much smoother than in previous years, possibly because there’s less internal politics XD. You don’t have to overthink things when pushing projects forward anymore~ Definitely recommend it. Also, the pay is pretty good!
Cons
The money is never enough!!!
