Pros
After the senior manager was transferred, the organizational atmosphere improved noticeably. Operations have been much smoother than in the past few years, possibly because there’s less internal politics XD. When pushing things forward, you don’t have to overthink the budget anymore~ Thumbs up. Also, the pay is pretty good!
Cons
There’s never enough money!!!
