Do not go there under any circumstances—really, don’t go to the Engineering Department. It’s a terrible job.

It’s emotionally stressful. It’s a family business with very low pay. If you didn’t major in an elevator-related field, don’t go—you’ll be wasting other people’s time. It’s very difficult for newcomers to learn, and experienced employees don’t have time to train anyone.
