．The interview actually felt pretty OK, but after joining, I realized the gap was quite large. The actual work comes with heavy output pressure, and the overall atmosphere is rather tense—not the kind of relaxed environment.

．This place values “ability”—to put it bluntly, they only look at whether your output is high enough. Management will tell you the work is easy and simple, but the prerequisite for it being “easy” is that you can consistently deliver high output every day. Otherwise, you will quickly be singled out for scrutiny.

．When your output drops, their attitude really does change. Communication becomes more stressful, and sometimes you may feel targeted. Problems are usually immediately blamed on you.

．Reporting problems is not necessarily useful either. The people above often make their own judgments, but in reality, many of them end up pointing in the wrong direction. When mistakes or problems occur in the end, responsibility is still placed on front-line employees and has nothing to do with management.

．The work involves sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time—about 8 hours a day. For information security reasons, phones cannot be used freely, and the work computer is completely disconnected from the internet. You even have to tell your supervisor before leaving your seat, which makes the overall environment feel quite oppressive.

．Because the work style is isolated and the pressure is high, if you are someone who likes interacting and chatting with others and needs a sense of social connection, you really should think twice. This job can be very stifling.

．If you live in Taipei and feel that the current minimum wage may not be enough, you should also think carefully, because the company does not allow side jobs—not even on holidays or during your personal time. This is quite unfriendly to anyone facing financial pressure in daily life.

．Overall, the work is very monotonous and repetitive, and it is mentally and visually exhausting, but it does not offer much help in building your future résumé or skills.
