The company itself is well established (three interview rounds in total). During the first round, HR conducts a phone interview and explains the job requirements. (The process isn’t too complicated; I even ended up chatting with HR, and the atmosphere was quite comfortable.)
The second round is an interview with the department manager, preceded by a brief presentation about my influencer experience and plans.
During the interview with the manager, I mainly explained the presentation, while the manager raised questions from time to time for me to answer.
The entire interview process was very relaxed and never felt oppressive or as though they were deliberately making things difficult.
The manager was very willing to listen to all of the interviewee’s experiences and also offered encouragement and praise (the process was quite pleasant).
The final round was an interview with the department manager and future colleagues I would work with, to understand our willingness to communicate and collaborate and assess whether we could reach a consensus about the future.
After completing the three interview rounds, I received an offer from HR the next day.
Looking back on the entire interview process, I felt that the company respected and trusted my professionalism, while also providing me with plenty of guidance and ideas at appropriate times. The company environment was comfortable. While I was waiting for the manager, HR offered me a cup of water to help me relax and not feel too nervous (I was simply encouraged to do my best).
Overall, I felt comfortable and liked the experience quite a lot.
For new graduates, there may be less of what is typically considered a honeymoon period.
For those who want to challenge themselves and make rapid progress, this is a very suitable company!
