Cons
1. Severe workplace bullying and discriminatory treatment: they are gentle and considerate toward people with connections, while those without connections are verbally bullied in group chats and when called into the meeting room.
2. Work instructions are unclear, the standards keep changing, and employees are subjected to PUA every day.
