After arriving, I waited for about 8 minutes before entering the meeting room for the interview. I began with a self-introduction, and then they told me that the job was more sales-oriented: I would frequently need to contact group-buy organizers and promote the company’s products to them. It was not simply an e-commerce role; much of the work involved sales. I asked approximately what proportion each part of the job made up, and they said it was about 70% sales, 30% e-commerce and other miscellaneous tasks.

The interview process was fairly ordinary, and the interviewers’ attitudes were not too bad. They only asked questions related to the job and did not ask about anything personal. The overall pace was also quite fast, and they clearly explained what kind of person they were looking for, so neither side’s time was wasted.
