1. Managers in the sales department are weak. One has stayed too long and thinks they are the best, while another rose quickly because of good relationships with upper management.

2. The manager sometimes does not come in even one day a week and frequently takes leave, yet says they are very busy. In reality, they are playing golf. How do I know? Because they post it on Instagram, but they always say they have family matters or are seeing a doctor.

3. Basically, everything is governed by personal connections. You may think that simply doing your work well and fulfilling your responsibilities is enough, but unfortunately, here you need to manage upward and flatter people. The manager smiles at you on the surface, but if they take a dislike to you, they will bad-mouth you everywhere. They only manage two or three people yet still play favorites, and when they need to take responsibility, they hide and evade it.
