It is City Parking, a subsidiary of the listed company Full Enterprise Co., Ltd.
1. The HR department has a very poor attitude. The HR manager demonstrates to the company that they are doing something by cutting employee benefits and likes to skirt the edges of the Labor Standards Act.
2. The general manager has a very bad temper and will yell at employees. He frequently uses profanity in meetings, has serious emotional-control issues, and often assigns work via LINE on holidays. If no one responds, he curses at people.
3. Salaries are low for a listed company. Many managers also have to serve as managers of other companies within the group, but receive only one salary. The general manager is the only one who receives a salary from every company, so his share of the payroll is absurdly high while the other employees struggle.
4. The turnover rate among new employees is extremely high. Long-serving employees dare not complain and can only endure it and struggle on for the sake of this salary.
