The managers are incompetent, constantly changing their decisions, and when things go poorly, they only blame the people below them. This has caused the company to operate almost aimlessly, like a headless fly frantically seeking any possible remedy—one moment targeting this area, the next targeting another. In the end, it has suffered defeat after defeat in advertising, social media, and design, yet senior management continues to pretend to be asleep, unwilling to admit that they themselves are the problem.
