The main advantage is that you generally don't need to work much overtime, and the supervisor also leaves extremely punctually.
In the medical-device factory's quality-control department, three senior women constantly nitpick the newcomers and complain to the supervisor every day. Starting on my second day on the job, I was berated every day for a month. After that, they switched to making complaints by email. The supervisor simply believes the senior employees completely and is unwilling to interview or communicate with the newcomers. They even use probationary performance evaluations to apply pressure. There are only a handful of people in the department, yet six people left one after another within half a year, while those three senior employees all stayed. So are the newcomers really all that incompetent, or is there a problem with this department?
