Not really.

The working hours are long, and senior colleagues love to bully and manipulate newcomers. There is no camaraderie among coworkers, and handovers and training are unclear, so newcomers have to figure everything out for themselves. There is no overtime pay, and working overtime is treated as expected. Even when you work yourself to exhaustion every day, they still complain that it is not enough. I absolutely cannot think of any merits worth praising!
