Small company, integrated marketing, feels understaffed, company located in Xinyi District

The HR person’s mental state is concerning. How can one sentence have logic that doesn’t connect with the next?? Did they eat the “nine-turn large intestine”??

They say employees will clock in and out on time, but also say the industry moves at a very fast pace during peak season, so overtime is still required 🙄 Or they say overtime is paid and not encouraged, but maybe there’s a limit on overtime hours, and any excess means working unpaid.

The salary is also concerning. It sounds like it’s base salary + performance bonus.

Will there also be an attendance bonus??

And really, who already has experience but would still want to work as an assistant?

They’re painting a rosy picture, telling me that so-and-so became a permanent employee after just one month. Who knows whether it really means one month? And is this salary for real? I’m here to make money, not to do charity work. A textbook case of answering B when asked A.
