Traditional industry; HR has the arrogance of a large Taiwanese company. They say they value employees and that employees are the company's most important assets, but in the end, they only value employees' abilities and output. They probably won't waste time on education and training. Even if they do provide it, they would probably just rush through it.
HR seems a bit older. It appears they recruit people according to the company's staffing needs. You must fill out a form before the interview, and salary negotiation is not possible. The actual job duties are far more extensive than stated in the job posting.
Cross-border E-commerce Specialist: They are looking for someone with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to communicate with people overseas.
Japan & Europe Sales: They are looking for local people, preferably those who can move freely between Taiwan and the local market, and yet the position is posted on 104??Do people overseas use 104? I think working directly in the local market would be more worthwhile, and the local visa probably isn't very easy to obtain either.
Note: I am not an employee and will not respond again. If someone replies under the comments, they are probably a supervisor or employee impersonating me.
