There is an indoor motorcycle parking area, and the 10-dollar coffee is pretty good. Each person gets a locker, but you have to bring your own lock.
It’s clearly that the process hasn’t been sorted out, yet you keep nagging me for being idle and doing nothing, constantly yelling at me not to space out. I don’t want to either—I just started, so how would I know that your boards get stuck every morning? And weren’t we told not to wander off to other stations? 😡 It makes me extremely nervous: I’m afraid the boards won’t run smoothly, but if I wait too long, I’m also afraid of being scolded, so I can only take the initiative to find something to do. 😑 Yet I can’t just help out wherever, because I’ll get scolded. 😥 Isn’t an assembly line supposed to be kept neat and clean? I was reprimanded for organizing things on my own—who told me to do that…? Oh, so 6S depends on the circumstances? It’s obviously a problem with the materials, but you scold me when what I do isn’t right. Well, the materials are the problem—you couldn’t get it to work either if you tried it yourself. You haven’t even figured out what’s going on, yet you’re freaking out over there. Honestly, I really don’t want to argue with you over these trivial matters, but whenever something happens, you just launch into a tirade without distinguishing right from wrong. I don’t owe you any favors. The production line doesn’t even have an SOP; everything is just explained verbally. What do you expect me to do? Do you think I can read minds? Every company’s production line has different tasks, so what exactly are you freaking out about?
