The office environment is pretty good

Just as someone said seven years ago, they suddenly fire people for no apparent reason. In the month before I was dismissed, 11 people also left.

The systems are chaotic, and no one teaches you how to do things. Those who know how are all too busy to provide guidance.

The manager likes to call it “dealing with the facts,” but put bluntly, they ignore reality and have unrealistic expectations for results. If new hires cannot meet them, they are simply asked to leave.

Not recommended for either experienced professionals or newcomers.

For experienced professionals, the compensation here is not good enough.

For those without experience, this place is too chaotic to learn properly.
