There aren't really any advantages.
Newcomers are only bullied by other newcomers. The current deputy plant manager of the Philippine factory is a Filipino of Chinese descent whose parents immigrated from mainland China, and he is extremely unfriendly toward Taiwanese people. Internal company infighting is severe, and the company also requires management personnel to become localized in the Philippines. No matter how hard you work, your performance review will still be rated the worst. As soon as Taiwanese employees join, they are ganged up on and bullied by mainland Chinese managers, who then berate them in front of this deputy plant manager to curry favor with him. In addition, Vice President Chiu at the Beihai site is also extremely unfriendly toward Taiwanese people. Taiwanese employees who have just joined are simply bullied by mainland Chinese managers and then scolded by this vice president in front of those managers. I strongly advise you not to join this company, ADDA Corporation; otherwise, you may suffer a nervous breakdown.
