Friendly to newcomers who are just entering sales work; performance requirements are relatively low-pressure, and there is less competition among colleagues for customers.
It was originally agreed that my salary would be adjusted after passing the probationary period, but the company always uses various reasons to postpone it. When asked, the company is unable to provide an explanation and only says that the boss has not yet responded regarding the review.
They often use emotional pressure based on friendly relationships among colleagues, asking employees to cooperate with the company to curry favor with the boss.
