Workplace reviews and discussion: 鋒尚精密有限公司

The salary is a little higher, possibly because it all goes toward medical expenses.

The work environment is in a corrugated-metal factory, and the conditions are extremely poor. There is a lot of dust, and the factory is very disorderly.

During the interview, the boss kept talking about how capable he was and had no intention of listening to anything others said, constantly bragging about how big his business was. I offered many suggestions, but they were all refuted. He also kept saying that his TikTok traffic was very high, but anyone with common sense can see that the content on the company’s channel is overly promotional and that no one would actually watch it. The view counts were bought with advertising money, yet he was still complacent. The office atmosphere was terrible; it was obvious that the boss’s domineering style had created a highly stressful work environment.

Do not join this company under any circumstances. The boss is an old-school employer who does not understand what people are saying. During the interview, I would say one sentence and he would say ten, showing absolutely no desire to understand the interviewee. The HR person beside him also gave the sole impression of being a useless lackey.
