Pros
They interview you and then ask you to answer questions about their company! Be careful that your experience and approaches may be taken from you.
Cons
Besides being ghosted, it’s still being ghosted. When asked whether they followed up by calling the other party, they were also evasive. It feels like they’re just trying to exploit your experience.
