The group’s HR department uses despicable tactics, joining forces with senior finance executives to pull sneaky stunts. They are especially prone to targeting employees who are preparing to resign. Company policies can be changed whenever they want and take effect immediately. As soon as they find out that you plan to resign, they use these new rules to make things difficult for you—for example, canceling your travel subsidy outright, then only agreeing to pay it after the employee resigns and files a complaint.
Senior employees at the plant are quite arrogant and constantly trade on their seniority. They often use the excuse of “going on official business” to shop at supermarkets and show no concern about it.
The entire company is rife with infighting; cultivating connections is more important than doing the work, and there are freeloaders everywhere.
