People who like having their time wasted, being brainwashed, and being forced into things can give it a try, because that’s the only kind of person they’re looking for.
A completely inefficient process requiring three interviews, with a different interviewer each time, and they all ask the same questions. If there is no video interview, they require you to go to the company, and the location is very remote. The first two rounds nearly waste an entire month of your time. In the end, whether you get hired is decided at someone’s whim by a person who inexplicably does not introduce themselves first—possibly the CEO, perhaps?
