Pros
Can't think of any. If you want to be bullied, apply to be a full-stack developer... everyone will turn against you and leave.
The equipment is old, and the skill level is poor, so you don't need to be too strong.
Cons
Only the programming department is worth using to pad your résumé; forget about the others.
