Two days of working from home each week

Let me share my experience. I worked at the company for five years. Later, a new, young manager was transferred from another department. To submit reports to upper management, the young manager treated the people beneath him as mere tools. This male manager also favored female employees. The company’s working hours are 10:00–19:00, but this manager usually arrived close to 11:00. However, if anyone reporting to him was not on time, he would question why they were late. Even field sales staff were suspected of slacking off if they did not reply to messages immediately. The company has a very high turnover rate; if the manager does not like you, he will pressure you to leave—but remember to ask for severance pay. This May, investigators came to a senior executive’s home in the middle of the night and took someone away; it was reported in the news, so you can look it up. The company is simply chaotic.
