Pros
Having a uniform means you don't have to worry about what to wear to work.
Cons
The biggest problem is incompetent supervisors and slack-off colleagues. The supervisors can't get those who slack off to do anything, so they have to ask the people who get things done to do the work. As a result, the people who get things done are overloaded, while those who slack off have it easy.
