10 days off per month, with 10 working hours per day, including a 1-hour break. Whether you can take the break depends on whether you have customers. When it’s not busy, you can coordinate with your coworkers to take turns eating and resting. Good coworkers are more important than anything else. There are many group chats, and extensive reporting is required. But this is a common issue in the telecommunications industry, so it’s not too bad. If the organizational staffing could be streamlined or the management system digitized, I believe new employees could get up to speed more quickly.
