A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They claim they want to lead an IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner takes the lead in disregarding established procedures; putting it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The owner’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely disregards procedures as well—the two of them reinforce each other. The successor son of the second generation is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management.
