A company rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They say they want to implement an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but they have absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in ignoring established procedures; to put it nicely, he is impulsive, but in reality, he acts entirely on a whim. The owner’s girlfriend also works at the company and likewise completely disregards procedures. The two of them reinforce each other, while the son who is supposed to take over the business operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing whatsoever to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and extended leave without pay; the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, but they only just started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained the supervisor’s approval, yet the company maliciously terminated the employee just before they completed three months. The long-time internal employees are deeply scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. If TSMC really has a supplier like this, it should be thanking Amitabha.
