A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They claim they want to lead an IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner takes the lead in disregarding established procedures; to put it nicely, he acts on a whim, but in reality, he does whatever he wants. The owner’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the rules as well. The two of them play off one another, while the son who is supposed to take over the family business operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave. Then the accounts and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, but they only just started working on it. Even though an employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, the company maliciously terminated them just before they completed three months of employment. The long-serving employees are ruthlessly scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable. In October, they even claimed they would cooperate with TSMC. If TSMC really has a supplier like this, it should be praying to Amitabha.
