A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They say they are going to lead an EEP and IPO, but they have absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he acts on a whim, but in reality, he is completely arbitrary. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and likewise does not follow procedures at all. The two of them play off each other, while the owner's son, the second-generation successor, operates entirely outside the system and serves no useful function whatsoever in managing the company. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate to depression and medical leave; the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly half a year ago, yet they only began working on it then. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, but was maliciously dismissed just before completing three months of employment. The long-serving employees are extremely scheming and ruthless, while new employees are treated as disposable. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. TSMC should consider itself lucky if it has a supplier like this.
