A company rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They claim they are going to introduce an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures. To put it nicely, he is spontaneous; in reality, he acts entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well—the two of them constantly reinforce each other. The second-generation successor, the owner's son, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and leave without pay; the accounts and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, and they only just started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, yet the company maliciously terminated them before they had completed three months. The long-time employees are extremely scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. If TSMC really has a supplier like this, it should be thanking Amitabha.
