A company that is rotten from the top down.
They claim they want to lead an ERP implementation and pursue an IPO, but they have absolutely no respect for the way professionals work. The boss leads by example in disregarding procedures. To put it nicely, they are “spontaneous”; in reality, they simply do whatever they want. The boss’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the rules as well. The two of them play off each other, while the son who is supposed to take over the business operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing whatsoever to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and extended leave; the accounting records and financial reports could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The company bought a system nearly six months ago but only recently started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained their supervisor’s approval, yet the company maliciously dismissed them before they had completed three months. The long-serving employees are deeply scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable. In October, they even said they were going to work with TSMC. If TSMC really has a supplier like this, it should be thanking Amitabha.
