A company rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They say they want to lead an EEP and IPO, yet show absolutely no respect for the way professionals work. The owner leads by example in disregarding established procedures; to put it nicely, he acts on a whim, but in reality, he does whatever he wants. The owner’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the procedures as well—the two of them play off each other. The second-generation successor, the son, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove subordinates to depression and medical leave; then the accounting and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, and they only just started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained the supervisor’s approval, yet the company maliciously terminated the employee before they had completed three months. The long-term employees are ruthlessly scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. TSMC should be thanking Amitabha if it really has a supplier like this.
