A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They said they would implement an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but showed absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding established procedures; putting it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the procedures as well.
