A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They said they would lead the company through an EEP and IPO, but showed absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality, he acts entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely disregards procedures as well. The two of them reinforce each other, while the owner's son, the second-generation successor, operates entirely outside the rules and contributes nothing to company management. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave; when the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, the entire department was made to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, and they only just started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained the supervisor's approval, yet the company maliciously terminated them before they had completed three months.
