A company rotten from the top down.

They say they want to lead an EEP and IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The boss leads by example in ignoring established procedures—putting it nicely, he acts on a whim; in reality, he does whatever he wants. The boss’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely disregards procedures as well. The two of them play off each other, while the son who is supposed to take over the second generation is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing whatsoever to company management.
