A company rotten from the boss all the way down.

They say they want to lead an ERP implementation and pursue an IPO, but they have absolutely no respect for professionals. The boss leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts completely on a whim. The boss’s girlfriend also works at the company and likewise completely ignores procedures. The two of them play off each other, while the son who is supposed to take over the business operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave; the accounts and financial reports could not be produced, yet the entire department was made to bear the responsibility. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, and they only just started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained managerial approval, but was maliciously dismissed just before completing three months of employment.
