A company rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They say they want to introduce an ERP system and pursue an IPO, yet they show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding established procedures. To put it nicely, they are spontaneous; in reality, they act entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the rules as well—the two of them reinforce each other. The owner's son, who is supposed to take over as the second generation, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate into depression and leave without pay; then the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the responsibility. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, but they only just started working on it. Even though an employee followed the leave procedures and obtained managerial approval, the company maliciously terminated them before they had completed three months. The long-serving internal employees are ruthlessly scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. If TSMC really has a supplier like this, it should be thanking Amitabha.
