A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They claim they want to introduce an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner takes the lead in ignoring procedures; to put it nicely, he acts casually, but in reality he does whatever he wants. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well—the two of them work in tandem. The son who is supposed to take over the second generation is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing whatsoever to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and forced them to take unpaid leave; the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, yet they only just started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained their supervisor's approval, but was maliciously terminated before completing three months of employment. The long-serving internal employees are viciously scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. TSMC should be thanking Amitabha if it really has a supplier like this.
