A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They claim they are going to lead an EEP and IPO, yet they show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he acts on a whim, but in reality, he does whatever he wants. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well—the two of them play off one another. The son who is supposed to take over the second generation is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing whatsoever to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave; the accounting and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, and they only then started planning to implement it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, yet the company maliciously terminated them before they had completed three months. The long-serving employees are ruthlessly calculating, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC.
