A company that is rotten from the boss down to its roots.

They say they want to lead an EEP and pursue an IPO, but they have absolutely no respect for professionals. The boss leads by example in disregarding established procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality, he acts entirely on his own whims. The boss’s girlfriend also works at the company, and she completely disregards procedures as well.
