A company rotten to the core, from the owner down.

They say they want to lead an EEP and IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner takes the lead in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he acts on a whim, but in reality he does whatever he wants. The owner’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely disregards procedures as well—the two of them play off each other. The second-generation successor, the owner’s son, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate to depression and a leave of absence; the accounts and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, but they only just started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained the supervisor’s approval, yet was maliciously laid off just before completing three months of employment. The longtime employees are deeply scheming and ruthless, while new employees are treated as disposable. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. TSMC should be grateful to have a supplier like this—if it really does.
