A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They said they would lead the company through an EEP and IPO, but showed absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on his own whims. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely disregards procedures as well—the two of them work in tandem. The son who is supposed to take over as the second generation is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management.
